Jonas lives in Uhldingen-Mühlhofen on Lake Constance and feels rooted in the Baden-Württemberg region. His professional life revolves around Ravensburg, and he also has personal connections to Konstanz. Jonas has traveled extensively and spent time in various parts of Asia, including Beijing and Osaka. For him, getting to know other cultures and broadening his horizons is second nature. He is married and the father of a young daughter.

In his professional life, he works as the manager of a nursing home, where he bears overall responsibility for the operation and approximately 85 employees. His duties encompass various areas such as personnel planning, training, housekeeping, and digitalization. Jonas's responsibilities are diverse and, in addition to management skills, require above all a good understanding of people. And he has that!

His guiding principle is "I don't so much ask what is my responsibility, but what I have to do to make it work." Furthermore, quality standards, clear processes, and a focus on best practices play an important role for him.

The healthcare and nursing sector is highly regulated, and it often takes time for changes to take hold. This is particularly true for digital communication between doctors, nursing homes, health insurance companies, and pharmacies, which—where it exists—is still in its infancy in many places. Jonas meets these challenges with remarkable composure. His approach: be well-prepared, consider developments early on, and persevere in implementation.

Jonas hopes to gain insights and know-how from other industries through networking, which he can then apply to his own fields.
